Northeasterners Dr. Richard Rubin and Annette Leis Rubin met in Chinle Arizona while working with the Indian Health Service and Dine Community Schools in 1968. They continued engaged in local professional, cultural, and alpine experiences while their full catastrophe life migrated through Texas, Florida, Vermont, and back to Taos. In retirement, the horno spirits inspired them to create these culinary adventures and reminisce about their stories.
