Steve Fox

Steve Fox was born in Washington, D.C. to two University of Maryland students—his dad a student in his grad student mom’s Spanish class. They moved to Texas where Steve attended public schools. Steve’s higher education was interrupted by the draft for the Vietnam War. His first book is Toxic Work: Women Workers at GTE-Lenkurt (Temple U. Press). He is a journalist, photographer, and has taught American Studies at the University of New Mexico and as a Fulbright Lecturer at the Universities of Frankfurt and Hamburg, Germany.
