Karen Glinski

Born in Yokohama, Japan, Karen grew up the eldest of six children in a military family. She majored in anthropology at the University of New Mexico, where she formed a life-long interest in the Native American cultures of the Southwest. Karen shares her Albuquerque home with two miniature dachshunds, Xena and Mr. Bojangles. A retired hot-air balloon pilot, Karen currently spends her time working, writing and agility training Mr. Bo. Stranded at Sheep Camp is her first published book.
